Lambton County Library Offers Tennis Kits
Wyoming, ON – Lambton County Library is expanding its Sports Kits by adding adult and junior tennis equipment, providing an opportunity for people to learn a new hobby and incorporate physical activity into their recreation time. The kits include a carrying case, three tennis balls, and two tennis racquets.
"June is Tennis Month in Canada; we hope the addition of the new Tennis Kits will encourage patrons to get active and experience the fun of tennis," said Kevin Coates, Public Services Coordinator, Collections.
Sports Kits, including tennis, baseball, pickleball, basketball and soccer kits, can be borrowed with a valid Lambton County Library card for seven days. The new Tennis Kit can be reserved by using the library’s online catalogue at www.lclibrary.ca, using the Iguana app on a mobile device, or by visiting or calling a Lambton County Library location.
Library cards are free for anyone who lives, works, studies, owns property in Lambton County, or is a resident of a First Nations community in Ontario. For more information on how to become a Lambton County Library cardholder, visit www.lclibrary.ca/apply.
