Lambton's Creative County Committee searching for volunteer members

Wyoming, ON - Lambton County is actively seeking two community volunteers to serve as members on the Creative County Committee.

The Creative County Committee was struck by Lambton County Council in 2012 and is tasked with promoting and advancing local arts, culture, and heritage initiatives, and administering the Creative County Grant Program (CCGP). The CCGP invests in new and expanding projects that build cultural capacity, strengthen the creative community, define the County's unique identity, and enrich the quality of life of all residents.

The Committee is looking for individuals who are able to serve for a two year term, have a passion for culture, and actively participate in Lambton's arts, culture or heritage sector.

Interested applicants are invited to fill out the application form found on the home page of the County's website (LambtonOnline.ca.) and submit it to creative.county@county-lambton.on.ca by Monday, October 1, 2018.
