Ontario Public Library Week 2023

OPLW's 2023 theme "Libraries For Life" recognizes the important role libraries play throughout people's lives.

For over 90 years, Lambton County Library has been delivering library services to every age group during every stage of their life.

Celebrate Ontario Public Library Week with these contests and events:

• Check-out Challenge: Borrow a physical item from the library and be automatically entered for a chance to win a Lego kit, Amazon Gift Card or Tourism Sarnia-Lambton Gift Card, depending on cardholder's age.
  
  
• Beanstack BINGO Challenge: Complete three library-related activities, such as checking out a book or attending a program or enrolling in an online course, on the Beanstack app bingo card have a chance to win a Lego kit, Amazon Gift Card or Tourism Sarnia-Lambton Gift Card, depending on cardholder's age. • Refer a Friend Library Card Contest: Invite friends and family to sign up for a Lambton County Library card. When they sign up, both the new cardholder and the person who referred them will be entered into draws for prizes.

• OPLW Giveaway: Individually wrapped cookies and promotional items will be available at all libraries, while supplies last.
  
  
• Firefighter Storytimes: Listen to stories and learn about fire safety from local firefighters. Recommended for ages 6-9. Click here for more information.
