Bright's Grove Library is TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

Bright's Grove Library is temporarily closed as of Saturday, June 27, 2026 to accommodate the construction of a significant addition to the building as part of the City of Sarnia's Bright's Grove Library Expansion. The closure is expected to last 14 months.

Service Impacts

While Bright’s Grove Library is closed for construction:

• The library building will not be accessible, including borrowing services, holds pickup, and public computer access.
• The outdoor return bin will be unavailable. Materials can be returned to any other Lambton County Library location.
• All programs and events scheduled at Bright’s Grove Library have been cancelled. Please visit the online calendar for programs offered at nearby locations.
• Patrons who are unable to travel to another library location may be eligible for Library by Mail service.

Expanded Access

Effective July 4, 2026, Camlachie and Point Edward Libraries will temporarily extend operating hours.
